On June 12, 2016, Phra Maha Dr. Pongsak Thaniyo from Thai Buddhist Meditation Center of Japan traveled to introduce how to attain Dhammakaya at Gangoji Temple in Nara Prefecture, the oldest Buddhist temple in Japan.  It was built in 588 and is one of the World Cultural Heritages.  The teaching monk taught the participants to know how to relax their bodies and minds, how to repeat “Samma Arahang” Mantra, and how to visualize the meditation object at the center of our bodies.  The total session was about one hour and all participants had good meditation experience.  They revealed that they are ready to apply the meditation in their daily life and will join the next program.
