Wat Phra Dhammakaya London arranged the Tuesday Meditation Class for Locals on April 11, 2017. The teaching monk introduced basic meditation, how to sit, relax their bodies, adjust their minds and told about the benefits of meditation. After that they meditated together for 45 minutes.
Then, the teaching monk asked them about their meditation experience. A newcomer revealed that she had good experience as she is always busy in looking after her children especially during her children’s vacation.
However, when she meditated there, her mind was clear and bright. She also felt her body was lighter and she had never thought that she would be happy from sitting and closing her eyes like this. She showed that she wanted to come again and mediate continuously.
