Soen Meditation Summit 2025 was organized for meditation training and connection between Thai and South Korean monastic communities.
On 4 April 2025, Venerable Phraparamai Thanisro, section head of Peace Revolution, Department of Foreign Affair, Wat Phra Dhammakaya, was the teaching monk of meditation training for Soen Meditation Summit 2025 at Bongeunsa Temple in Seoul and Venerable Phrakhruvithesdhamkhunaporn from Wat Bhavana Gyeong-Ju was the translator of Korean language. This session was attended by over 100 Buddhists and local Korean residents.
Soen Meditation Summit 2025 was organized by Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism with the objectives of dhamma teaching and meditation training for local residents in South Korea and the tighter relations between Thai and South Korean monastic communities.
