On September 10, 2015, the Dhammakaya Meditation Center of Mongolia organized the 26th Mongolian Meditation Project for the 3rd time. This one month meditation training program was well participated by 22 people who attended the training about 7-8 times and each time the teaching monk would teach them how to overcome the obstacles in meditation. This helped each person develop the strength of body and mind to meditate longer.On this occasion, everyone was able to improve their meditation and feel more calm and relaxed. Some felt that the body became light and transparent and some saw abright light inside their stomach. The day went smoothly and the atmosphere was full of alertness. Everyone was very impressed and would certainly come back to join the next program.
