Over 40 boy scouts from the 1st Brookwood Beaver Cubs visited Wat Phra Dhammakaya London to study Buddhism on Monday March 31, 2017.
Ms. Khluawan Sookcharoen and Mr. Anuchit Trirattanajuthawat lectured and Phra Maha Suriyan Amaro taught basic meditation, introduced places within the temple such as the meditation room, Luang Pu’s room, and explained about tools used in the Buddhist ceremonies.
All children were interested in practice meditation. Then, they practiced the basic Buddhist Custom which was the alms offering to the monks.
Finally, the scouts took some historic photos of studying Buddhism at that time.
