On Monday May 9, 2016, Wat Phra Dhammakaya Benelux arranged a meditation course in Brugge, Belgium. This time is the 5th session on the timetable (April 16, 18, 25 and May 2, 9, 23). There were 15 participants in this time and all of them were interested in meditation. At this time, Mai’ana was the coordinator. The concept of this course emphasizes on the activities that combine between Yoga and meditation. First, Yoga teachers Maaike Leyts and Eline Vanoutrive introduced yoga for 40 minutes. After that Phra Ruben Visalo taught meditation, Dhammakaya technique, for 45 minutes. Every participant was impressed and encouraged to meditate continuously for more peacefulness.
