On Monday May 9th, 2016, Wat Phra Dhammakaya Nagano invited Phra Thanawut Tissaro from Japanese Meditation Center, Tokyo, to teach dharma and introduce meditation for 7 interested participants.
On that day the teaching monk taught that the way to meditate is as easy as the Japanese people can speak Japanese without thinking of the grammar. They can speak it naturally and correctly. The teaching monk gave the summary that if you apply meditation in all activities from waking up to going to bed, you will be familiar with doing it in all manners and do it without difficulty. After that they meditated together for about 30 minutes and they were very pleased with their meditation experiences.
The 9th Meditation for Japanese will be held on Monday June 6th, 2016 from 1:30 p.m. at Shimin Koryo Center (EN-park) in Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture. For those who are interested in this activity, please join this meditation class together on the scheduled date and time.
