Wat Phra Dhammakaya Netherlands, the Netherlands, arranged the 28th meditation class for locals which interested locals to join in this class very much.
Phra Sander Khemmadhammo kindly led them to meditate and created suitable dharma programs for the locals, for example, how to keep your mind in daily life, how to review yourself, the real happiness, etc. Over 300 participants have joined the activity on Tuesday evening since the project started, about 7 months.
The newcomer and regular participants revealed that while they were meditating, they felt like their body disappeared, became lighter and happier. They like to repeat Mantra “Samma Arahant” because they felt more
cheerful to meditate continuously.
Moreover, when the teaching monk taught dharma in Buddhism, they listened to dharma carefully every time.
