On the night of Friday, April 15, 2016, Ven. Tissaro from the meditation center in Tokyo gave a meditation teaching to Japanese locals at Joenji Temple, Shinjuku City, Tokyo. The meditation class is arranged on a monthly basis. After the evening chanting, the teaching monk gave them some advice about the basic meditation, then led them to meditate together and had a Dhamma talk relating to the techniques to adjust their minds. All of them understood more about the principles behind meditation principle and will continue to meditate.
