Tuesday Meditation Class for Beginners, London

Wat Phra Dhammakaya London arranged a basic meditation class for locals on Tuesday May 16, 2017.
On that day the teaching monk introduced meditation by translating how to place their minds at each base of the body according to the teaching of Luang Pu Wat Paknam and then they meditated together for 45 minutes.  After that the teaching monk advised dharma about the importance of mental training and understanding the Law of Karma.  Many of them revealed that it is one of the best days in their life because they had learnt important and worthy things for their life.  They also said that they intend to study more and want to do good deeds with the temple by joining the chanting ceremony.  We would like to share you our merit.
