Wat Phra Dhammakaya London arranged Tuesday Meditation Class for Beginners on Tuesday May 2, 2017. Many local residents are seeking for inner happiness from meditation. It is their fortune that they know how to still their minds according to Luang Pu Wat Paknam’s technique. Now, the dharma light of the Buddha is shining bright around the world.

Thirty locals joined the Tuesday Meditation Class at Wat Phra Dhammakaya London which is established for the beginners. The teaching monk suggested some technique by translating Luang Phaw Dhammajayo’s teachings from Thai into English and teaching them step by step; therefore, they know how to practice it every day. Then, they meditated together for 45 minutes and shared their meditation experience. The teaching monk also answered their questions. Some of them had good experience such as they felt that their bodies were expanding. Some felt that their bodies were disappear and blended with the surrounding atmosphere. Some felt that their minds had fallen down from higher places. However, they all said that they were lucky, no matter how many times they joined, because they were happy and peaceful there.
