At Japanese Meditation Center, Tokyo, Phra Bhurisilo taught dharma in Japanese on the topic of “Things that you should do before going to bed.”  The teaching monk asked each participant about things they always do before going to bed.  Then, he taught that before going to bed you should relax your body and free your mind from any concern for the best sleeping.

One of the best ways to balance your life is meditation.  You should start it with the comfortable sitting posture and adjust your wandering mind to be calm; when you do it regularly, you will have good physical and mental health.  After that the teaching monk led them to meditate for 30 minutes and had a dharma talk at last. All of them understood more about the principles behind meditation principle and will continue to meditate.
