Wat Phra Dhammakaya Scotland arranges the Sunday Meditation Session every Sunday. On August 12, 2018, there were 15 peace lovers who joined the class. The class started off with Phra Ronnaphop Jotilabho gave a sermon on the topic of “Mindfulness.”
Before the meditation session, all participants did some exercises to stretch their muscles.
Then, they meditated together for 45 minutes.
Lastly, the teaching monk introduced them to practice “Mindfulness” meditation.
All of them were happy, peaceful and got knowledge from that class.
