Wat Phra Dhammakaya distributes 3,000 relief supply bags to the flood victims in the 6 southern provinces

On 27 November 2025, at the 71st Anniversary Kitchen Building of Wat Phra Dhammakaya in Pathum Thani province, Wat Phra Dhammakaya and undergraduate students of Buddhist Club-    Prince of Songkla University jointly loaded trucks with basic necessities and 3,000 relief supply bags of over 15 tons in order to help the flood victims in the 6 southern provinces.

A convoy of trucks, filled with 3,000 relief supply bags, 8 boats, 100 life vests, used clothes, 1,000 500-millilitre bottles of drinking water and other basic necessities was released from Wat Phra Dhammakaya in order to ease the suffering of affected residents in the 6 southern provinces: Songkhla, Pattani, Phatthalung, Yala, Narathiwat and Satun.

Venerable Phrakhrusamu Sanitwong Wuttiwangso, director of Communication Department, Wat Phra Dhammakaya revealed that Venerable Phrakhrupaladrattanaveerawat, abbot of Wat Phra Dhammakaya, felt concerned about the living difficulties, faced by the flood victims in the south after the flooding level decreased and all streets were full of trashes, debris and damaged vehicles. Then he would like to relieve their hardship to go through this crisis by providing the support of dry food and basic necessities.
