On Sunday, July 17, 2016, the Japanese Meditation Center of Japan in Tokyo organized a meditation class and gave a Dhamma talk in Japanese under the topic “The Happiness-Creating method” by Ven. Bhuriseero. The teaching monk talked about a number of people who seeked happiness from outside even though the true happiness could be created within ourselves. In order to create happiness, we could start from having less sufferings by eliminating sufferings from the mind through Dhamma. Then, the teaching monk led a 30-minute meditation session and had a Dhamma Talk before they returned home with impression.
