On Monday October 5th, 2015, the executives of VBC MMA, a standard big boxing camp in Iceland that teaches international boxing, Thai boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and modern martial arts, invited teaching monks from Wat Phra Dhammakaya Bordeaux, France, to teach them their members how to meditate. It was the 3rd meditation activity arranged there. The teaching monks introduced the benefits of meditation, how to meditate, and explained how meditate at home. They discussed the importance of writing down our meditation results. Everybody had a strong will, participated in this activity happily and would like to study meditation with the teaching monks again.
