Wat Phra Dhammakaya Seattle organized a Meditation Club for locals on Tuesday, March 27th, 2018, where there were 9 people who came to participate. The activity started by registering, sharing previous meditation experiences, stretching & exercising by using some yoga techniques.
After that, the teacher monk taught the Dhammakaya meditation technique and how important to put our minds in the center of the body.
After that, we meditated together.
Everyone was happy and had good experience from the practice. We share this merit with everyone.
