Children are like clean white cloth — they need examples and role models to guide how they think, speak, and act. Whatever reaches them first, whether good or bad, will be absorbed and taken as their standard.
Therefore, if children are exposed to good influences early on, they will develop strong role models to look up to. This gives them greater opportunities to develop goodness and builds an inner foundation of virtue that helps them resist negative influences encountered later in life — making it far easier for them to navigate challenges and stay on the right path.
