On August 3, 2016, Wat Phra Dhammakaya Hong Kong organized their Weekly meditation Session, there were 14 people that came for yoga and meditation. The teaching monk was Ven. Aekarin Apichato. The participants were both from Hong Kong and other international people that were interested in learning how to be stress free by doing yoga and meditation. Most of the people experience a relaxing meditation experience and they received dhamma talk about “a bright mind”.
