Wat Phra Dhammakaya Gunma, Japan, arranged weekend meditation class for locals during August 10–12, 2018 (3 days and 2 nights) and there were 12 meditation sessions. There were 16 Japanese participants and the teaching monks were Phra Maha Dr. Chattapong Katapunyo and Phra Chaiwat Khunavattano.

All participants joined the activities of chanting Dhammacakkappavattana Sutta, taking exercise, offering breakfast, meditation and listening dharma. All of them had good inner experiences.

They were comfortable and could still their minds and were peaceful because of meditation in the beautiful natural environment.

They understand the principle more and would continue the meditation regularly and intend to come back to meditate at the Thai Buddhist Center in Japan further.
