On Wednesday October 25, 2017 Wat Phra Dhammakaya Manchester arranged a Wednesday Meditation Class. There were 10 participants. The teaching monk introduced how to meditate before meditating together for 1 hour.
Then, the teaching monk emphasized that everyone can practice meditation anytime and anywhere.
All participants had good inner experiences. Some felt themselves become lighter, and some saw crystal balls.
They were impressed with the class on that day.
