On 9th August 2017, Wat Phra Dhammakaya Palm Beach arranged the Weekly Wednesday Meditation Class with five local attendees. The class started with a morning exercise to relax and warm up the body.
Before the meditation class, the teaching monk introduced the sublime states of mind including love, compassion, and equanimity. After the 30 minute meditation class, everyone was asked to share their inner experiences.
All attendees mentioned they felt a blissful inner peace and deep relaxation during their meditation. Lastly, the teaching monks suggested tips and techniques on how to free the mind from defilement.
