On 8 October 2025, at the 71st Anniversary Kitchen Building of Wat Phra Dhammakaya, Venerable Phrakhrusamu Sanitwong Wuttiwangso, director of Communication Department of Wat Phra Dhammakaya, Venerable Phratheeraphat Kultheero, head of Internal Network Coordination, representatives of Dhammakaya Foundation and disciplines of Wat Phra Dhammakaya, handed 200 relief supply bags to the chairman of Morality Promotion Center in Khon Khaen province in order to distribute them to the flood victims, especially the monastic community and local residents in the affected areas. The flooding in Khon Khaen province was the effect of tropical storm “Bualoi”, having impact on the areas of 150 households in Num Phong district, Khon Khaen.
Wat Phra Dhammakaya and Dhammakaya Foundation have continuously provided public assistance to relieve the suffering of flood victims. Previously, 1,500 relief supply bags were handed out to the flood victims in Ayutthaya province and another 600 relief supply bags were distributed to the affected of the flooding in Mae Hong Son province.
