Edu-Plus CiC co., ltd supported Wat Dhammakaya London to train “Food Hygiene for perfection pursuers” for laypeople and the temple’s staffs who cook food for monks and laity in many events.
Learning the law and how to cook food hygienically
The trainees studied about the law and how to cook food hygienically – from how to prepare places, how to select and buy ingredients, how to cook and how to preserve it in the right way. Dr. Khanungnit Garnett was the lecturer.
Everybody was impressed and got a lot of knowledge
Each participant was impressed and got a lot of knowledge because it is common and close to everyone’s life. The atmosphere was enjoyable and interesting and there was a post-test too.
