Tuesday Meditation Class for Beginners, London, England

Thirty-seven English people are interested to join the Tuesday Meditation Class at Wat Phra Dhammakaya London every week

Wat Phra Dhammakaya London arranged a basic meditation class for locals on Tuesday June 13, 2017. The teaching monk introduced the meditation by translating the teaching of Luang Pu Wat Paknam about 7 bases of mind and then they meditated together for 45 minutes. Dharma taught by the teaching monk on that day was about the qualities and functions of mind when an individual sensed.

The teaching monk also taught how to still their minds and keep it the same when they meditate every day. These interested the participants very much because the mental training was one of the most important things for human beings. Then, the teaching monk opened a chance for them to ask their questions. It made the atmosphere joyful.
