The teaching monks also introduced the meditation technique of Luang Pu in the final period. The students were very interested in this lecture and meditation and actively asked many questions. Many students lifted their hands to ask for more knowledge of Buddhism and meditation from the teaching monk. All participants were relaxed after practicing meditation together. They unveiled that they would come to meditate further at Wat Phra Dhammakaya Tokyo. We share our merit to you.
