On 28 November 2024, Most Venerable Phrakhruvijit Ar-Pha-Korn, Ecclesiastical Chief of Khlong Luang district, was monastic chairman and Ms. Apisra Ket-In, district chief of Khlong Luang, was laypeople chairman for the blessing ceremony to the royal family members (His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua, Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother, Her Majesty Queen Suthida and Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati) at Wat Sawangphop, Khlong Si subdistrict, Khlong Luang district, Pathum Thani province.
Venerable Phrakhrupaladrattanaveerawat, abbot of Wat Phra Dhammakaya, Mr.Ong-Ard Not Dhammanitra, spokesperson of Wat Phra Dhammakaya’s devotees, and devotees of Wat Phra Dhammakaya also participated in this ceremony. Besides the event was attended by deputy district chief, subdistrict headman, village headman, government officials and local residents of Khlong Si subdistrict.
This blessing ceremony was organized by the monastic community of Khlong Luang and Wat Phra Dhammakaya in honor of the king’s 72nd birth anniversary on 28 July 2024 and will be arranged on the 28th day of every month in 2024.
