Wat Phra Dhammakaya Scotland, UK, arranged Sunday Meditation Session on Sunday, December 2, 2018. There were 14 participants and the teaching monk was Phra Ronnaphop Jotilabho.
First, they registered and shared their experiences with each other. Then, they did Yoga exercise together, which began with the body and mind adjustment. The teaching monk introduced dharma principle and led them to meditate which.
Then, the teaching monk taught dharma on the topic of path of accomplishment and basis of success to be the guideline in which they can apply in their daily life.
After the meditation session, the teaching monk asked about their inner experience and suggested the way to detach their minds. Many of them revealed that they were peaceful and were very impressed. Some participants had good experience, felt happy, comfortable and relaxed.
They also intend to join the next meditation session and the teaching monk suggested them to continue the meditation at home.
