Wat Phra Dhammakaya Stockholm arranged an English Meditation Class for the Swedish and Thai who live in Stockholm and nearby cities on January 6th, 2018. It was a 1-Day Mindfulness Meditation Retreat which consisted of the sitting meditation, walking meditation and Yoga exercises to relax muscles before the meditation.
Then, they shared their inner experiences for one another while the teaching monk answered the questions.
At the end of the retreat, the teaching monks and the participants lit candles and spread loving-kindness to the world. This program has been arranged 4 times and this occasion helped to welcome the year of 2018. We share our merit to you.
