On Saturday, February 6, 2016 Wat Phra Dhammakaya Hongkong organized an English meditation class for Hongkongese and foreigners. This gave an opportunity for foreigners who love inner peace to come and practice basic meditation and learn Dhamma so that they can use the knowledge to benefit their daily lives.
The teaching monk who taught meditation were Phra Akekarin Apichato. This project has attracted many Hongkongese and foreigners. This time the participants learned the basic principles of meditation and received guidance on practicing mindfulness. Many had good meditation experiences. Some found happiness and peace within. All of them understood more the principles behind meditation and resolved to meditate consistently.
