Wat Phra Dhammakaya Scotland runs the Sunday Meditation continuously. After the Ceremony to Offer Sustenance to the Lord Buddha had finished, the meditation class for locals started at 4.00pm on Sunday September 2, 2018.
The 17 participants started with exercises for approximately 10 minutes, taught by Edit, who is a traditional Yi Jin Jing teacher.
Afterwards, Phra Ajarn Ronnapob talked about “Mindful Walking Practice”, then led walking practice around the temple, followed by meditation. The participants had a lot of questions. The teaching monk suggested them to keep meditating every day.
All of them were happy with the 90 minutes class.
