Ever since Wat Phra Dhammakaya Scotland started to organize weekly Sunday meditation sessions that began on the first week of August, more and more meditators are attaining the meditation sessions. Recently, 22-Scottish locals came to take part in the meditation class.
The class consisted of stretching by Edit, who is teaching the traditional Yi Jin Jing. Afterward, Phra Ajarn Ronnapob led meditation for roughly 40 minutes.
Finally, the teaching monk has provided a loving-kindness meditation technique to be using in their own routine life.
