Palm Beach Meditation Center arranged Weekly Meditation Class for Locals on Wednesday May 24, 2017, where there were 8 participants that day. They meditated together for 30 minutes.
Then, the teaching monk asked about their inner experiences and advised them on how to adjust their bodies and minds for better meditation results. The teaching monk suggested that the correct way to control the mind and yourself to not be angry easily is to practice meditation.
Meditation will relax you and make you calm and peaceful so when faced with conflict within the surroundings, you will be conscious enough to restrain.
