On July 27, 2016 Wat Phra Dhammakaya Hong Kong organized Meditation class for locals. The teaching monk was Ven. Aekarin Apichato. There were 12 people that came for yoga and meditation. The participants were both Hong Kong and other international people that were interested in learning about how to be stress free by doing yoga and meditation. Most of the people had a relaxing meditation experience and they also received dhamma talk about “a bright mind”.
