On May 4, 2019, there were 16 people that participated in Saturday meditation session held by Meditation Center D.C. (MDC).
The class started off with Venerable Chanchai introducing everyone about how to adjust the body properly and explain the importance and benefits of meditation.
Then they meditated together. After the meditation session, everyone shared their experiences, had Q&A questions and spread loving kindness at the end. Some experienced brightness and most of them felt calm and happy.
