On Wednesday’s Meditation Class in Chicago (March 22, 2017) there were 17 participants. The program started with seated exercise followed by a brief lecture on how to meditate.Then, we meditated together 45-50 minutes. Several people shared that they had peaceful experiences and regular students shared their meditation techniques to newcommers and encoraged them to keep coming. That sharing gave the class a warm atmosphere.
The Dharma talk topic was Finger pointing to the moon–Going beyond words to experience to inner peace.
