On 25 November 2025, Venerable Phrakhrusamu Sanitwong Wuttiwangso, director of Communication Department, Wat Phra Dhammakaya related that Wat Phra Dhammakaya and Dhammakaya Foundation coordinated with Meditation Center of Southern Region in Bangklam district, Songkhla province to open temporary shelter for the flood victims in Songkhla. Besides, their volunteers prepared ready-to-eat food to affected residents, stranded without food, drinking water or electricity on the upper floors or rooftops of their flooded houses.
The huge flooding in the 6 provinces ; Songkhla, Phatthalung, Pattani, Yala, Narathiwat and Satun caused the shortage of food, drinking water and temporary shelter. In Satun province, the Meditation Center of Satun continuously provided support to the affected people by distributing 150 sets of boxed meals and drinking water to ease their hardship.
