According to the insurgency of four Southern border provinces including Narathiwat, Yala, Pattani, and Songkhla, this have caused the danger to the Buddhist monk and also troubled the Buddhist activities, especially, many temples’ the alms collecting activity has to be prohibited and it frightened the local Buddhist’s spirit.
“The Buddhist Monk of 323 temples in four Southern Border Provinces Aid Project” was founded by Phrathepyanmahamuni(Luang Por Dhammajaya) the Abbot of Dhammakaya temple and the President of Dhammakaya Foundation. On behalf of Phrathepyanmahamuni (Luang Por Dhammajaya), Phrakhrupaladsuwattanateerakun and his delegations of both Kalayanamitra monk society and Kalayanamitra merit leader society monthly give the necessities and food to Buddhist monks and victimized people of insurgency. This project is stepping to the tenth year and will continue giving the aid till it becomes harmonized peace.
