On 30 August 2024, Venerable Phrakhrupaladrattanaveerawat, the abbot of Wat Phra Dhammakaya paid a visit with Most Venerable Somdet Phramahatheerajarn, a board member of the Sangha Supreme Council of Thailand, chairman of the Public Assistance of Sangha Supreme Council of Thailand and abbot of Wat Phra Chetuphon Wimon Mangkhalaram Ratchaworamahawihan, to congratulate him on being nominated as Ecclesiastical Chief of North Region by Thai supreme patriarch.
