On 27 October 2025, Venerable Phrakhrusamu Sanitwong Wuttiwangso, director of Communication Department, Wat Phra Dhammakaya related that Sri-Lankan monastic community cooperated with Wat Phra Dhammakaya to organize a Dhamma contest for Sri-Lankan youth in order to promote the knowledge of Buddhism among the youth in 200 Buddhist schools across Sri-Lanka and to tighten the Thai – Sri-Lankan relations on Buddhism. In the award ceremony of Dhamma contest, Venerable Phrakhrusamu Sanitwong, on behalf of Wat Phra Dhammakaya and Deputy Minister of Bhudda Sasana, Religious and Cultural Gamagedara Dissanayaka presented awards and certificates of honor to 200 awardees from 200 schools at Pradeeparamaya, Kande Viharaya.
Ven.Pudalugasyaye Dhammadassi Thero is the abbot of Pradeeparamaya, Kande Viharaya, which is one of the twenty international temples, receiving Kathina support from Wat Phra Dhammakaya in honor of the 81st anniversary of Luang Por Dhammajayo.
