Due to the word of mouth and friends’ persuasion of the members of the Aussie Meditation Retreat at Wat Phra Dhammakaya Western Australia, there are new members joining the weekly meditation retreat that is held every Saturday.
During this class, the teaching monk, Phra Winai Panyaratano, suggested tips for the new members to place their minds at the center of their bodies and discussed the regular members’ homework to maintain their inner experience continuously.
