Wat Phra Dhammakaya Scotland, UK, organized the Sunday Meditation Session for locals on Sunday, September 9, 2018. There were 20 participants and Phra Ronnaphop Jotilabho kindly taught dharma.
First, they registered and shared their experiences to make friends. After that, they did Yoga to make their body ready for meditation. Before the meditation practice, the teaching monk suggested them on how to place their minds softly and gently and the importance of group meditation. Then, they meditated together and shared their inner experiences.
They had good inner experience, where they were peaceful and more relaxed.
They also revealed that they would come back to meditate together again.
Finally, the teaching monk advised them to continue practicing meditation at home.
