There was a Japanese meditation retreat at Wat Phra Dhammakaya Tokyo, Japan, on Sunday April 22, 2018. Phra Thanawut Tissaro kindly taught dharma for this special retreat.
The teaching monk introduced and explained basic meditation and how to place their minds at the center of their bodies. After that the teaching monk led them to meditate for 25 minutes then asked and answered their questions involving the meditation.
Finally, the teaching monk suggested the participants to apply the meditation in their daily lives. They were impressed with this retreat and revealed that they would like to come back and meditate again.
