Thai Buddhist Meditation Center in Japan, Tokyo, arranged a meditation class for beginners on Saturday May 13, 2017. It interested the Japanese people who want to practice meditation. Some of them are newcomers.
The teaching monk was Phra Maha Somkiat Punyatejo.The teaching monk introduced the fundamental way to adjust body and mind and explained about detachment in oneself and the others and bringing their minds from duties. After that the teaching monk told them how to cope with muddling that it happens commonly in mind; when you determine it like this, you will understand the nature of mind even more. Your mind will be lighter and will not be the obstacle of meditation in the following times.
They all relaxed and had good inner experience. They revealed that they felt good in participating in this class.
