Wat Phra Dhammakaya hands over a new building of Khlong Luang Police Station

On 31 July 2026, at 9.00 am, Venerable Phrakhrupaladrattanaveerawat, advisor to ecclesiastical chief of Pathum Thani province and abbot of Wat Phra Dhammakaya, assigned Venerable Phrakhruvinaithornboondham Punyadhammo, a member of Building Renovation Committee and Mr. Ong-Ard Not Dhamma-Nitra, a member of Public Assistance Committee to act as representatives of Wat Phra Dhammakaya in handing over the “ Khlong Luang Oun Jai” building to support the police operation at Khlong Luang Police Station in Pathum Thani province.

Pol. Col. Witsanurak Prommet, deputy commander of Pathum Thani Provincial Police and acting superintendent of Khlong Luang Police Station, assigned Pol. Lt. Col. Yossawat Nitiratpattanakhun, deputy superintendent of Khlong Luang Police Station, to take over the building in order to prepare facilities for the formal opening of “Khlong Luang Oun Jai” building, which is designed as a waiting room to facilitate the police services for residents of Khlong Luang district.

This building handover is part of the public assistance affairs of Wat Phra Dhammakaya and Dhammakaya Foundation in order to facilitate the government services for the convenience of the public. The collaboration between the religious organization and government agency with the concept “Relieving suffering and Promoting well-being” aims to uplift the quality of life of Khlong Luang residents.

The official handover of “ Khlong Luang Oun Jai” building is scheduled for 30 August 2026 on the occasion of the 122nd foundation anniversary of Khlong Luang district. An almsgiving to the monks will be held to celebrate this auspicious occasion.
