On 3 October 2024, Most Venerable Phraratworamethajarn, the Provincial Ecclesiastical Chief of Pathum Thani and abbot of Wat Bote in Sam Khok district, Pathum Thani, received the gift from Venerable Phrakhrupaladrattanaveerawat, abbot of Wat Phra Dhammakaya in the ceremony of laying foundation stone for the establishment of chapel and pagoda and the gold casting of 2.49-metre Phra Khlang Mahasombat (deity of treasure) statue on occasion of the 60th anniversary of Most Venerable Phraratworamethajarn.
In this ceremony, Most Venerable Somdet Phratheerayanmuni, a board member of the Sangha Supreme Council of Thailand and abbot of Wat Thepsirinthawat, was the monastic chairman and Mr.Phasakorn Boonyaluck, the governor of Pathum Thani province and a representative for Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Anutin Charnvirakul, were the laypeople chairpersons. Many government officials, like Police Major General Yutthana Jornkhun-provincial police commander of Pathum Thani, vice governor of Pathum Thani, chief district officer, subdistrict headman and village headman together with local residents also took part in this event.
