On Saturday January 21, 2017, the Japanese Meditation Center, Tokyo opened the new meditation course for beginners. The course interested many Japanese people who would like to practice meditation. This course is taught by Phra Thanawut Titsaro. The teaching monk said that when someone practice meditation, some might be stressed because they tried too hard (too serious). The monk recommended that they should be more relax, do not hope anything and make themselves like an “observer” only. After meditation, they can thought about their meditation obstacles and ways to pass these obstacles so that they are able to meditate for longer hours without the feeling of constraint.
