On June 29, 2016, Wat Phra Dhammakaya Hong Kong organized an English meditation class for Hongkongese and foreigners. This gave an opportunity for foreigners who love inner peace to come and practice basic meditation and learn Dhamma so that they can use the knowledge to benefit their daily lives. The teaching monk who taught meditation was Ven. Akekarin Apichato. This time the participants learned the basic principles of meditation and received guidance on practicing mindfulness. Many had good meditation experiences. Some found happiness and peace within. All of them understood more the principles behind meditation and resolved to meditate consistently.
