On Saturday May 28, 2016 Wat Phra Dhammakaya Scotland arranged the Meditation Class for Locals where there were 17 locals participating in this class. The activity began at 3:00 p.m. local time. All trainees exercised to stretch and relax their bodies before listening dharma. The teaching monk taught how to place their minds at the 7th base of the body followed by meditation. All the participants were interested in meditation and had good meditation experiences. Some of the participants wrote articles about their impressions of visiting the temple and their experiences in the newspaper to publicize the locals in hopes of attracting more locals to come to Wat Phra Dhammakaya Scotland to join the meditation class so that Scotland can be brightened through means of the meditation.
