From April 8-10, 2016 Wat Phra Dhammakaya Benelux organized meditation class to celebrate Easter day. This gave an opportunity for locals who love inner peace to come and practice basic meditation and learn Dhamma.The teaching monks who taught how to meditate was Venerable Sander Khammadhammo. In this session participants learned the basic principles of meditation, listen to sermon in the topic of “The Nature of Mind” and “How to Observe Five Precepts”.
They all also received guidance on practicing mindful awareness, and many people had good meditation experiences. Some found happiness and brightness within. All of them understood more about the principles behind meditation and will continue to meditate.
